Request some one to Correct me if wrong,
The One way u can create Contract Through Service Request is by Following, Following Steps:
1) Create an Condition Template for Contract Creation Using Contract Events, for these if required u will have to define a Process also.
If the Condition is true than the Condition will create a Service Request. Subsequently the Service Request Creator, Define in OKS: Service Request Creator Profile, gets the notification.
2) Also u will have to Run, 2  Concurrent Programs,
 - Listener for Events Queue
 - Listener for Outcome Queue
3) Also run WorkFlow Background Process Concurrent Program
