There are two phases CRP1 and CRP 2

CRP1: During CRP1, application is configured as per the business cases provided and discussed as per TO-BE analysis phase.

Owners, keyusers, consultants meet to exchange their views on business, configure the software, validate the configuration, identify the gaps and data migration requirements.

CRP2: Gaps are analyzed further and components to be customized are analyzed and documented.
