Elapsed Time is the amount of time that has passed in the scenario since the Vuser began running. The refreshrate ('n' sec ) of the vuser elapsed time will update the value every n seconds.

Ex: Vuser started at 0 seconds by the Controller. The 'Init' time may be 180 seconds. Refresh Rate is 5 seconds. That means for every 5 seconds the 'connection Time' display value will be refreshed till it connects. If 180 seconds reaches, an error message is displayed.
