There is no functionality so as to create tables from oracle apps front end.

we are not able to create table from oracle apps front end.
we are suppose to create table from back end by using
AD_DD oracle package (try once)
ad_dd.create table and
ad_dde.create column ue can use these two procedures
even if u wnat to delete table
first u have to delete columns then only u can able to delete table

Try to insert/update a row into table <wf_all_user_roles> as per following statement with Role_Orig_System_id =20420

select * from wf_all_user_roles where user_name = 'ZZPRASAU' and role_orig_system = 'FND_RESP'

AND NOT role_name LIKE 'FND_RESP|%|ANY'
