I find from your description that you verty often change your career. I would first suggest you not to change your career too often within short time span. For becoming a Business Analyst in IT Firm first you must be strong with the business you are going to undertake. In other words the domain knowledge of the business msut be strong which you would get only if you work in a particular domain of your interest for a lengthy period.
