Hi, I'm B.E in Industrial electronics.Graduated in year 2001. For 4+ year i was associated with Sales & Marketing of IT products. I'm looking for a change towards IT Recruitment, can you pls suggest the carrier growth in this field. Will part time MBA program will help be to grow in this? And what combination i should go for (HR+IT) or any better that u can suggest.

yes it has good career growth , you can bcome a Resource devlopement manager , People mangaer .

I can suggest u as u have Sales and distribution domain knowledge u should try for SAP SD modules , you can go course in Siemens and some other institute are there , where u can get campus interview .
