I am 42 years old with 10 years teaching experience in engg college and 10 years professional experience I have completed software engg diploma from NIIT Now i want start my career in software as a developer . Is it possible ?

It is hard to say that you are too late to start you career in Software, because people in the industry i looking forward for experienced person in IT industry and at this age industry expects you to be a big bull in IT industry with lots of experience.
