Diffrent types of fact tables:

additive,non additive, semi additive

In the dimensions table contain textual descrption of data and also contain meny columns,less rows

If u r taking the dimension table it has the master data like product id, product name, product description dimention are three types conformed dimention, junk dimention and  degenerate dimention.

If u r taking facttable it contains the measures like sales revenue,price  and discount.
