Arc testing is a test case design technique for a component in which test cases are designed for branch outcomes.

In simple words Arc testing is just the synonym for Branch testing which test cases are used to test or execute the branches in the code.

Ex : Any conditional branching like If-else or nested If.

Hi,

Arc testing is also known as branch testing.

Arc testings purpose is to cover every possible branch(i.e. conditional and unconditional) of the code.
So the Test Cases are written accordingly.
