Testing clean up is nothing but the cleaning up that you are doing after the test execution is done. For example, let us assume that you are executing a test case for a page in which it has a box that has some ranges. For example 10-20, 20-30 or something like that. Let us also assume that if you choose 10-20 in that box, it goes to a different page and if you choose 20-30 it goes to another page. After executing the steps, we have to clean the box that you choose. This is done because; it might affect the testing that you are doing in other pages that is tied up with this page. Truely, Test case cleanup means - review/analyze/ update - test case (already written/available) - to make sure that they are complete, clear, comprehendable, testable, verify coverage, etc.
