What is the difference between Set_window and Win_activate?

Set_window activatives the specified window in GUI map editor. and it indicates the currently working window

where as Win_active actives the window in the application which u r working.

Set_window - Automation testing - in manual testing tester waits for the response from the server (request for result window), but in automation WinRunner has to wait for the server response, it adds Synchronizationpoint in the TSL (adds Set_window statement in the TSL) ? waits for the result window.

Win_activate ? it actives the current working window.
