In programming language storing the user information we take the help of variable. And variable are also used to store the result after execution. Difference between programming language and oracle are basicaly oracle is used to store data and produce the result of the query according to the user requirement. But we take a help of programming language to solved one paraticular problem.

Oracle provides us with storage area where you can have seperate users,roles for accessing large amount of data.

It has a database management system.

we can store large amount of data usign oracle.

Its not a programming language.

Any programming language provides us with logical expressions to program for our requirements.

we will write programs using PLs' to fetch the data from the database and work with the resultset.

So, there is a lot of difference b/w oracle and programming language,
