Amdin Mode View is nothing but, it has Admin Mode Property set to true. It will override all the visibilty rules.

Admin mode Flag is set at the view, when it is true it overrides all the visiblites that defined at the applet level like Nodelete,Noinsert..

Mainly admin mode flag is set for the Admin views .
