Checkpoints are called as Verification Points in Rational Robot.

There are thirteen Verification Points available in Rational Robot.

Database checkpoint...... in rational robot.could you help me out to find out database checkpoint and help me how u do that.reply asap.

There r 3 Types of Check Points in Rational Robot.

       1.GUI Check Point

       2.Bit Map Check Point

       3.Get Text Check Point

In Rational Robot Data Base Check Point is not Appicable.

Hi All,

There are 13 types of checkpoints available in rational Robot.

1.Object Data : to get the data property assigned to object.

2.Object property : u can get all the properties of an object and then use any.

3. window existance : to check wthether window with the particular caption is exist or not on screen

4.window image : gets the image of whole window (it works like print screen of the window on which you put mouse)

5.alphanumeric : to check alphanumeric properties of an object many variation are there like case sensitive,case insensitive,numeric range,sub string is case sensitive etc..

6.menu : to check properties of an menu like File in any window

7. region  image : to capture and check any specific region of an image

8.website scan : to scan all the links in any websites

9. website comapre : to comapre the two websites

10. file existance : to check whether particular file is exist or not

11.file comapre : to comapare the contents of two files except Excel files

12. module exists : to check whether particular module is exit or not

13.clip board: to comapre the current copied data with the data stored in clipboard
