A) True. 

"Customer is king" simply reminds us that the customer is the reason we are delivering the product and/or service in the first place.

"Supplier is a partner" indicates that there is a need for mutually supportive, win-win relationships between customers and their suppliers.  This can only be achieved through communication where parties care deeply about one another's need.  Don't forget that in every human phase of the product chain there are customers and suppliers. 

"Process is a key enabler" suggests that process improvements between customers and their suppliers can turn negatives into positives throughout the entire product chain.
