I would like to work in a team. Because the process of software development is like a relay race where many runners have to contribute in their respective laps. It is important because the complexity of work and degree of efforts required is beyond level of an individual.

I work very well when I'm part of a team, I value the ability to bounce ideas off other people and also provide my input, whenever it's wanted. Of course I'm more than capable of working alone whenever I'm required to do so too.

TEAM: Together Everyone Achieves More. The software testing is teams work with more focus on testing individual modules/functionality, which are related to the functionality of everyone in the team. I would like to work in a Team as well as individually if the Testing require individual testing.

I like to work alone because it reduces the chance of workplace bullying and, let's face it....not too many nice people are left on this planet. Why risk the chance of getting into a personality conflict with someone when you can enjoy the benefits of solitude which are working at your own pace and using your own methods of motivation
