At the time of MM master mm01 you have profit center field if you select costing views at the time of creating mm master. If you give profit center in mm master what ever the posting you made to that mm master all the data will be transfered to that parficular profit center. other wise at the time of purchase orde if you select co object as account assignment like cost center then amounts are transfer to the profit center which was assigned to that cost center.
