For management tools , 'Test director' mostly used.

For load testing, Load Runner is using.

1. Functional testing tools: Used for testing the functional aspects of the application Eg QTP, Winrunner

2. Management Tools: Used for managing the test process Eg.: Quality centre

3. Performance testing tools: Used for tesing the performance of an application Eg. : Load runner
