Perspective are different modes and environment avilable in WSAD for development.Like J2EE , Server, Java these present  different views for development

Perspective in WSAD is the appearence in which the user is convinient to operate and also the mode in which he works on.

For example:, we debug the code in debug perspective, write the java code normally in Java percpective, look into the server properties in server perspective, install the plugins in install/update perspective and many other are available.

Prespective is nothing but the mode of work. It can be like, Java, J2EE, etc..

but adding the plugins we can change the modes. for ex. If we add the clear case plugins then we can change our prespective to clear case.
