Internal table is a dynamic data structure that exists only at progrm run time.

Internal table is a temporary table stored in RAM in application server. It is created and filled by a program during execution and is discarded when the program ends. It consists of body and the optional header line. The body holds the number of rows and header line holds only a single row.
