What is the difference between C++ & Java

These are some of the main differences that comes in to my mind:
Java doesnt have pointers
Java doesnt have automatic type conversion
Java does not support operator overloading
Instance variables are automatically initialised

I can say?first and main?diffrence between C++?and Java is Garbage collection.

C++ : We need to do? garbage collcetion manually.
Java : Java provide automatic?garbage collection.
