Free Command is meant for the deletion of plans.
A single free command can delete max. of 12 packages.

PCTFREE : It allows for insertion of new records and for expansion of variable length fields.

FREEPAGE : The number of pages to be loaded between each page left free. It is useful for finding a near page for inserting a new record.
