HIYou don't need upgrade script  when you running in different windows OS.It' works fine in different windows OS.But the bitmap checkpoint is envoirnment depented.you need to take care for that.In winrunner help some sample Utilities option is there?

hiYes it is possible.Winruuner script programming style is different from C language programming style.In winrunner the lot of bulit in function used for scripting.But some of the functions is envornment defented ,it's not work with java add-in.Other than those all common functions should work

Yes, u can run the script in both debug mode and verify mode.but debug mode is mainly for checking the script for syntax errorsand verify mode is for comparing the expected results to the actual results.

HiThe .ckl file stored in your test script folder.Suppose if you saved your automation test script with name "login".winrunner create folder with name login.In side that folder one sub folder is there named cklist .In that folder the .ckl file stored.you can open this docment using notepad .
