I am facing a problem in QTP. While doing tests, I am not able to select Web from the environment as an identifier. I did everything and even the add-ins are also selected but I am not able to do that. I am a newbie in this testing and I am also studying myself with the help of online resources so unable to find out this problem.

I am getting an informational error in QTP when I am trying to create a QTP script from QC. Getting messageg: "This test is locked by another ALM/QC user. It will open in read-only mode." Any test that I try to create from QC to QTP is stating it is locked. I disconnected ALM in QTP prior to launching QTP from QC and still getting issue.Does anyone have any advice?Thanks!Carolyn
