There will be disturbance in the Object repository. so u change the properties of the object in OR according to AUT using Object spy.

Dont use the TO property if ur trying to get the current value....use the RO property...even though it is disabled, the data could be changing at run time...object.GetROProperty("value")

First you can not store the test with other extension, if you want to reuse/open that just you have to just first find the path in the pc and go to that path while in automation. automatically you find the test in the testpane.byesusmitha

Hi I am New to Qtp tool. My project is an Desktop Application developed in Java.How to pick the data from the drop down list box. At the record time it captures the data from the combo box but while running the script QTP is unable to open/recognise the Drop down combo box to select the data.
