The possible reason might be that you have assigned a default session as A, while you might be opening some other saved session or a new session everytime. Ensure that you have assigned name to the session on which you will be performing automation.

When you want to use a reusable action without making any change in the code then you should use 'Call to existing action'.But if you want to make changes in the reusable as per your requirements then ypu should call 'Call to copy of an action'.
