Yes it can come from two blocks. If the cource block is database/from clause?query?block then just go to the POST-QUERY of that block where display item exist and write :block.display_item:=block1.field1||block.field2 int hat POST-QUERY.

What is a display item?
Display items are similar to text items but store only fetched or assigned values. Operators cannot navigate to a display item or edit the value it contains.

Display items and text items are fairly similar and share many of the same properties. The biggest difference between the two is that a user can navigate to a text item and change its value. This is not possible with a display item. As its name implies, it merely displays information.
