I am trying to create a database with mySQL : I do not managed to load the .cvs table into the mySQL : it keeps saying that the table does not exist but I have check the path and it is correct. Can someone help please

My DB is running with out Backup and also DB is in NO Archive log mode.How to find out the below issue.
