If the number of records returned by cursor is more, it results in a performance issue. It is advised to use collections in this case.

Forms program units are local to form builder if you want to use without database you can use form program units else use database procedure

Nothing Happens... the on-error trigger wont be handled in case a NULL is written in the trigger
