You can use call_form to call one form from another. But this method is old. So better option is to use FND_FUNCTION.EXECUTE. FND_FUNCTION.EXECUTE allows you to open forms without bypassing Oracle E-Business Suite security, and takes care of finding the correct directory path for the form.
