Same application can we deploy in multipel servers ( eg: server1, server2, server3 etc) in singel Linux box.

Yes, we can deploy in this two cases:
1) If all the three servers 1, 2, 3 are in a vertical cluster members
2) Those 3 servers should no be in the same cell. i.e. server1 belongs to cell1, server2 -> cell2 & servr3-cell3

In a single cell, we cant deploy a single application on to multiple application servers if they are not in cluster.

The core product files are the actual product binary files, and can be shared by many profiles. The directory structure for the product has two major divisions of files in the installation root directory for the product. One division is the runtime binaries and the other is for profiles.

After the WAS successfully installed product binaries are created then create the profiles using pmt tool.
Profiles are set of configuration files provide run time environment for java j2ee applications.

The threds dumps are generated under profile path.
and generally those are .txt files.
used kill -3 process_id to genertae thread dump

I think httpd.pid is used only for checking process id of webserver i.e. deamon id in Unix box not for logging.

There are two value for this:

A. For the entire server default = 30 Mins
Application servers > [Server Name] > Session management

B. For a specific deployment/Application = 180 Mins

When web server receives HTTP request it checks the plugin file and try to match with the URI (Unified resource identifier). If it matches it forwards to app server considering as an dynamic request Else the web server tries to serve the static content. If not found it will throw 404 error.
