Using struts is always a better option...because struts is robust and completely decouples the logic(data access) part with view..Alternatively we can use POJO's for handling the tasks...I think the interviewer is refering to a design pattern you would probably use

Clustered Index creates index for a single or group of keys as One Index..Nonclustered Indexes are created for indvidual columns...If th etable is real big ..better go for clustered indexes...or else non clustered...

We can disable the Tool bar using Javascript. When we disable the tool bar and the right click then we can prevent users from viewing the code. But this only works in the browsers that support javascript.
