Total time taken by it is following :1.5 (to reach at destination) + 0.5 ( talking halt at station) + 1 (return with 50% speed)so the total time taken by it is 3 hrcurrent time is 8.00 a.m + 3 hr = 11 a.m.So 11 a.m. is the right answer
