Most of the hiring manager will ask about current company and previous company details and ask about your roles and responsibilites.They will ask about why your are looking for change,and ask for why are you interested in this company.and personal details and family backgroud.

Yep and array is a collection, but it's important to mention that it's accessed using an index, or offset and that access takes the same time regardless of which element you're retrieving. Conceptual models are handy in explaining this kind of stuff. Show them you geddit.
