How can a Fresh(Without any Experience) Engineer contribute to a company's Growth?
I mean to say that A company can hire Experienced Candidate for more progressive growth. For a fresh engineer they need to train him and after probation period, they will put him for productivity. So Why Freshers???(Say with example of a fresh Electrical Engineer in a Core Electrical Company)
