Can u start a session inside a batch idividually?
We can start our required session only in case of sequential batch.in case of concurrent batch we cant do like this.

Yes, we can do this in any case. Sequential or concurrent doesn't matter.Ther is no absolute concurrent workflow. Every workflow starts with a "start" task and hence the workflow is a hybrid.

Not sure about session stops without loading. We can join flat files without matching coloumns by:1: use a Seq. Gen. and generate Pks and join using Joiner.

u can find ur backup and restore from the backup. If u dont have backup,u lost everything. u cant get it back.Thats why, we should always take the backup of the objects that we create.Hanu.

If we drop any sessions accidentally, it wont be deleted permanently until we do a check in. So if we want to recover the session, we can do a undo checkout on the session.
